WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days once we have a printable file.

Friday and Saturday orders ship by Tuesday.
Sunday orders ship by Wednesday.

For all orders, the production clock starts when we have a printable file.
If an artwork issue needs to be resolved, production timing begins once the file is ready to print.

These are shipping schedules—the time your order leaves production.
Carrier transit time is additional.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75.

Orders over $75 qualify for free USPS Ground Advantage shipping within the contiguous United States.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, USPS Ground Advantage shipping is $6.99 for packages up to 15 oz.
For packages over 15 oz., shipping is calculated at checkout.

Expedited shipping and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are charged separately.

CUSTOM MADE FOR YOU.

Your transfers are printed specifically for your order.
Correctly produced custom transfers are nonreturnable.

If we make a production mistake, we make it right.
We’ll reprint the affected transfers at no charge and ship the replacements to you free.
