TRU-TONE TRANSFERS LLC · PRODUCTION PARTNER PROGRAM
We sell.
You print.
Put your equipment, your team, and your available production capacity to work generating additional revenue.
Join a worldwide network
of production facilities.
We’re building a network of approved production facilities to bring printing closer to the customers we serve. Put your local production capability to work as part of that growing network.
You’ve built the production capability. Let’s put it to work.
You’ve invested in equipment, trained your team, and built a production operation. When capacity is available, additional work can help you make more use of that investment. The Tru-Tone Production Partner Program gives approved printers an opportunity to fulfill Company orders while continuing to run their own independent businesses.
Generate additional production revenue.
Add another source of production work through Tru-Tone DTF transfers, Rockin’ Art finished garments, or both. Review the compensation and deadline before accepting an assignment so you can decide whether the work fits your operation.
Put underused capacity to work.
Available printer time, heat-press capacity, and trained staff represent an opportunity. Use that capacity to fulfill accepted Company orders alongside your existing business, with control over how you schedule, batch, and staff your production floor.
Focus on production—we handle the customer.
We handle customer-facing sales, artwork preparation, customer service, and shipping instructions. You focus on producing quality work and getting accepted orders out on time.
Choose the work that fits.
Apply for the program or programs that match your capabilities. You can accept or reject assigned orders during the stated response window. Rush orders are optional and, when accepted, can add your share of the rush fee to normal production compensation.
A working inventory that is replenished.
Rockin’ Art uses a proprietary tee with an NFC chip sewn into the hem of the left sleeve. This chip is essential to how the Rockin’ Art program works. Watch the video to learn more.
Rockin’ Art’s partner-funded NFC tee inventory is replenished at no charge when properly consumed for authorized orders. The detailed inventory explanation below shows what is covered, when replenishment may begin, and when additional charges apply.
Keep running your independent business.
You retain control of your employees, equipment, operating hours, other customers, and independent business activities. Company requirements apply to the Company work you accept.
We sell. You print. A clear division of responsibilities, with an opportunity to make more of the production capability you already have.
These benefits describe the opportunity, not a promise of a particular order volume, revenue, or profit. Your results depend on available assignments, the work you accept, and your operating costs.
One company. Two production programs.
Tru-Tone Transfers LLC administers both programs. Choose DTF transfer production for Tru-Tone, finished-garment production for Rockin’ Art, or both, subject to approval. Each program, facility, and production configuration is separately qualified.
We handle customer-facing sales, artwork preparation, customer service, and shipping instructions. You produce, quality check, package, and ship accepted orders from your approved facility.
Choose your program.
- Tru-Tone: produce DTF transfers using approved production configurations and the Tru-Tone Pressing Profile.
- Rockin’ Art: produce finished garments using our proprietary NFC-embedded tees, completing the required chip programming and testing before shipment. Programming each NFC chip takes less than 60 seconds using an app on a compatible NFC-enabled smartphone. No additional equipment or software purchase is required. We provide simple instructions.
- Both: participate in both programs under one combined program fee. Approval for one does not automatically qualify a facility or configuration for the other.
Clear compensation. More opportunity.
Tru-Tone DTF transfers: receive 60% of transfer production revenue, excluding shipping, sales tax, and other non-production charges.
Rockin’ Art: receive the fixed production fee disclosed before you accept each order.
Optional rush work: receive 60% of the customer rush fee in addition to normal production compensation.
Eligible compensation for completed, carrier-tendered orders is paid by the 15th of the following month, subject to the program terms.
Ready-to-print inventory. No-charge replenishment.
Rockin’ Art partners start with 100 NFC-embedded tees for $500, including shipping. Tees properly used for authorized orders are replenished at no charge under the program, helping maintain your established working inventory.
Additional inventory purchased to increase your working stock and replacements for Partner-caused losses are charged separately. When participation ends, inventory reimbursement covers both eligible unused Partner-funded tees returned to the Company and tees properly used and shipped to customers for authorized orders that have not been replenished, subject to final reconciliation.
Program fees and your initial investment.
| Participation | Program fee | Tee inventory | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tru-Tone only | $995 | Not required | $995 |
| Rockin’ Art only | $995 | $500 | $1,495 |
| Both programs | $1,495 | $500 | $1,995 |
One-time program fee. No annual program fee.
Initial tee inventory: Rockin’ Art participation requires 100 NFC-embedded tees at $5 each ($500), including shipping. Tee inventory is not required for Tru-Tone-only participation.
The combined program fee is $495 less than purchasing the two individual programs at their listed fees. The $500 Rockin’ Art inventory purchase is separate from the program fee and includes shipping.
The agreement becomes effective when Tru-Tone approves your application. Upon approval, payment of the applicable program fee and initial inventory purchase is activated. Failure to complete required payment may result in cancellation of approval and participation.
A One-Year Satisfaction Guarantee.
Your initial program fee is backed by a first-year guarantee. If you properly elect it at the end of your initial term, your refund equals the program fee you paid minus 50% of your qualifying production compensation. The deduction cannot exceed your original program fee.
Written non-renewal notice expressly electing the guarantee must be received no earlier than 60 days and no later than 30 days before the initial one-year term ends. Inventory is handled separately. Read the full guarantee and program terms.

Your Rockin’ Art tee inventory—how it works.
Start with 100 NFC-embedded tees.
Rockin’ Art uses a proprietary tee with an NFC chip sewn into the hem of the left sleeve. This chip is essential to how the Rockin’ Art program works. Watch the video to learn more.
Rockin’ Art participation requires an initial purchase of 100 proprietary NFC-embedded tees for $500, including shipping. That purchase establishes your working inventory level. You keep this inventory at your facility so it is available to fulfill assigned orders.
Authorized production is replenished at no charge.
When you properly use and ship a tee to a customer for an authorized Rockin’ Art order, the Company replenishes it at no additional charge to restore your original 100-tee working inventory, or your established higher level if you purchased additional working stock. You are not required to purchase that same working inventory again each time it is used for an authorized order.
When replenishment is initiated.
When your working inventory drops to 76 or fewer tees, the Company may initiate an automatic replenishment shipment. Routine shipments will generally contain at least 24 tees. The size and style mix is adjusted to inventory needs and demand.
Example: you start with 100 tees and properly use 24 for authorized orders, leaving 76. The Company may initiate a replenishment shipment; if 24 tees are replenished and no additional tees have been used, your stock returns to 100. Those replacement tees are supplied at no charge.
Increasing your working inventory.
If you purchase additional tees to increase your established working inventory level, that increase is charged at the then-applicable Partner inventory price. Properly consumed tees from that established working inventory remain eligible for no-charge replenishment under the program.
Losses, damage, and manufacturer defects.
You are responsible for proprietary inventory while it is in your possession or control, except for documented manufacturer defects. Inventory lost, damaged, destroyed, rendered unusable, or otherwise requiring replacement because of a Partner-caused loss is charged at the then-applicable Partner inventory price.
Example: 24 tees properly used for authorized orders qualify for routine replenishment. A tee made unusable by a Partner-caused production error is treated as a Partner-caused loss, rather than ordinary authorized consumption.
When participation ends.
At termination or non-renewal, complete a final physical inventory and reconciliation. Inventory reimbursement covers two categories: eligible unused Partner-funded tees returned to the Company, and tees properly used and shipped to customers for authorized Rockin’ Art orders that have not been replenished because participation is ending. Each eligible tee is reimbursed at the inventory price you actually paid. A tee already replenished is not also reimbursed as an unreplenished tee.
Follow Company instructions for returning eligible usable inventory. You pay return shipping. Unreplenished tees already shipped to customers do not need to be returned; their reimbursement is based on reconciled order and replenishment records. Returned tees are reimbursed after receipt and reconciliation. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
The same replenishment and end-of-program reimbursement process applies to any additional working inventory purchased by the Production Partner, with reimbursement based on the inventory price actually paid.
Example: you purchase 100 tees for $500, then properly use and ship 15 tees to customers before ending participation, with no replenishment received. You receive $75 for the 15 unreplenished tees and $425 after the remaining 85 eligible tees are returned and reconciled—a total inventory reimbursement of $500.
The inventory return process is separate from the program-fee Satisfaction Guarantee.
From assigned order to shipment.
- Review the assignment. Orders are assigned only for programs you are approved to perform. Review the production requirements, compensation, and deadline.
- Accept or reject within two hours. The response window runs during your stated operating hours. Accept or reject the entire order; only the Company may split an order between locations. Rejected orders return for rerouting. The Company may reroute an order if you do not respond within the two-hour window.
- Produce to the accepted requirements. Acceptance commits you to the assigned deadline and compensation. You control how you schedule, batch, staff, and organize your production floor.
- Quality check and package. Follow applicable production, quality-control, packaging, and record requirements. Complete Rockin’ Art NFC programming and testing before shipment.
- Label and tender to the carrier. Ship only under Company-issued shipping instructions. An order counts as shipped when the carrier physically accepts the package and the first acceptance scan is recorded.
Production-ready orders received before the applicable cutoff are expected to be produced, quality checked, packaged, labeled, and tendered to the carrier by the end of the next business day, subject to your stated operating schedule.
If a problem after acceptance threatens the deadline, notify the Company immediately. We determine whether you should complete the order or whether it should be rerouted.
Shipping and customer service.
Tru-Tone controls the customer-facing sale, customer service, shipping service selection, and customer communications. Partners do not interface with customers. Our ShipStation workflow supports Company-issued shipping labels at the production location.
If your existing printer cannot print Company-issued shipping labels clearly, you may need to purchase a compatible thermal label printer, such as the Zebra ZSB-DP14, at an approximate cost of $200. Pricing varies by supplier.
Keep completed packages in a clean, dry, secure designated shipping area, protected from damage, contamination, moisture, and unauthorized access. If a scheduled pickup is missed through no fault of yours, notify the Company promptly and keep the package secured pending instructions.
How you are paid.
Tru-Tone DTF transfers.
You receive 60% of transfer production revenue; Tru-Tone retains 40%. Shipping, sales tax, and other non-production charges are excluded from this split.
Example: an order with $100 in eligible transfer production revenue generates $60 in Partner production compensation and $40 for Tru-Tone. These amounts represent the revenue allocation, not your net profit after your own production expenses.
Rockin’ Art finished garments.
You receive a fixed production fee per garment disclosed before you accept or reject the order. Your acceptance confirms acceptance of that stated compensation. It is not a percentage of the tee’s retail price.
Customer returns do not reduce or reverse properly earned production compensation except in the case of a verified Partner-caused production or fulfillment error.
Rush orders.
Rush work is offered based on available capacity. You may accept or reject a rush order without penalty. If accepted, its stated rush deadline becomes your commitment. Any customer rush fee is split 60% to you and 40% to the Company, in addition to normal production compensation.
Example: a $20 customer rush fee adds $12 to your normal production compensation.
Payment schedule.
Compensation is tracked by order. Subject to permitted adjustments, eligible compensation for completed, carrier-tendered orders is paid by the 15th of the month following shipment. For example, eligible orders shipped in October are paid by November 15.
Production qualifications and operating responsibilities.
You remain independently owned and operated. You control your employees, staffing, operating hours, equipment, capital expenditures, other customers, and pricing for your independent business.
Company work must use approved facilities and configurations. You may not move production, subcontract or outsource it, transfer participation, or use an unapproved facility or configuration without prior written Company approval.
Tru-Tone transfer orders require the approved production configuration and Tru-Tone Pressing Profile. Material changes to equipment, film, powder, ink, processes, or other validated production variables require notice and, when required, revalidation before use for Company work.
Rockin’ Art orders require the specified garment production, NFC programming, and chip testing before shipment. Applicable operational instructions define the required production and fulfillment outcome.
Promptly report equipment failures, staffing limitations, closures, capacity reductions, or other circumstances that may materially affect accepted work.
If an order has a production problem.
The Company determines the customer remedy. Company-caused errors are absorbed by the Company. A verified Partner-caused production or fulfillment error may require a compensation adjustment or reversal for the affected production and a replacement item without additional production compensation.
If only part of an order is affected, the adjustment and replacement obligation apply only to that portion. For a replacement shipment caused by a verified Partner error, the Company supplies the label and charges the replacement shipping cost to the Partner.
When responsibility is unclear, we review available order, production, quality-control, and shipping records and determine responsibility from the evidence.
Your One-Year Satisfaction Guarantee.
The guarantee applies to your initial one-year term only. It does not renew, extend, or reset during renewal terms.
To exercise it, your written non-renewal notice must be received no earlier than 60 days and no later than 30 days before the initial one-year term ends. You must expressly state in that notice that you elect to exercise the One-Year Satisfaction Guarantee.
Your refund equals the program fee you paid minus 50% of your qualifying production compensation earned through the effective termination date. The deduction cannot exceed your original program fee.
Example: if you paid a $2,995 program fee and earned $2,000 in qualifying production compensation, the refund is $1,995: $2,995 minus $1,000. If 50% of qualifying compensation equals or exceeds the program fee, the guarantee refund is zero.
The calculation uses qualifying production compensation, not your profit after expenses. The separate $500 initial inventory purchase is excluded from the guarantee calculation; eligible returned tees and authorized customer-shipped tees not yet replenished are handled through the inventory reimbursement and reconciliation process.
For participation in both programs, the guarantee applies to the program as a whole and cannot be elected for just one program. Any guarantee refund is issued within 30 days following the effective termination date and credited to the original form of payment.
Term, renewal, and ending participation.
Your initial term begins on the approval date and lasts one year. The agreement automatically renews for successive one-year terms on the same terms and conditions unless either party provides written non-renewal notice that is received no earlier than 60 days and no later than 30 days before the current term ends.
For a material breach that can reasonably be corrected, the other party provides written notice and a 10-business-day cure period after receipt. Serious, repeated, intentional, fraudulent, or non-curable breaches may result in immediate suspension or termination without a cure period.
A problem affecting only one approved program may result in suspension or termination of that program while another approved and qualified program continues. At exit, the Company determines whether outstanding accepted orders are completed by you or rerouted. New assignments stop at the effective end date unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The Company may temporarily limit or suspend routing to protect customers, quality, fulfillment, security, or operations. A temporary routing limitation does not by itself mean termination or a finding of breach.
Customer information, artwork, and records.
Use Company artwork, order files, and confidential information only for authorized Company work. You receive no ownership of customer lists, databases, relationships, order information, or customer data, and may not solicit Company customers or communicate with them without express written authorization.
Maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards; use individual credentials where provided; remove access when personnel no longer need it; and promptly report suspected or actual security incidents.
Locally stored artwork and production files may be retained for up to 30 days after shipment, then must be securely deleted unless required for a pending claim, dispute, legal requirement, or documented Company-authorized purpose. The Company maintains the permanent central order record. Maintain or submit required production, quality-control, configuration, fulfillment, and shipping records.
Confidentiality continues for three years after participation ends; trade-secret protections continue while the information remains legally protected.
Your independent business and the complete agreement.
This is an independent contract production and fulfillment relationship. It does not make you an employee, agent, franchisee, authorized seller, or legal partner of the Company. Company trademarks and artwork may be used only as needed for assigned work; participation grants no broader public affiliation or trademark rights.
Reasonable operational requirements may be updated for future work. Fundamental economic and legal terms—including fees, compensation structure, term, guarantee, termination rights, liability, and dispute resolution—require an express written amendment or other written agreement.
The complete terms below explain indemnification, liability limitations, Nevada law, and individual AAA arbitration in Las Vegas after a 60-day effort to resolve a notified dispute. Review these provisions along with the program details before submitting your application.
